How to Download Office 365 for your Home PC

A couple of things to note prior to downloading Office 365:

  • Office 365 is tied to your CSUF Staff account, if you leave University employment, you lose access to anything stored in the cloud.  As such, in the event separation occurs; neither CSUF, ASI, or any of its employees are liable for returning your files stored in the cloud nor for any loss because of its use.  Always store your files in your own cloud storage or on your own storage device (Hard Drive, Flash Drive or disk).
  • If adding Office 365 to a Windows 10 PC, it may attempt to link OneDrive and automaticly backup your files to your CSUF Office365 OneDrive account.    After installing, you should go into your OneDrive icon in your tray, right click and go into settings to disable or unlink it from your work account.
  • ASI IT Services and its employees does not provide support or answer questions regarding Office 365 on personal devices, use at your own risk.
