Create or edit the Word docx with your new email signature
Create your signature in Word. You can use the templates listed below to start
- 50th Anniversary Signature template: (ASI Resources) I:\Marketing Communication & Design\50th Anniversary\50th Email Signature.docx
- Standard Signature template: (ASI Resources) I:\Information Technology\Email Signature.docx
Select the whole signature and copy (Ctrl+C or Right click > Copy)
Add the signature in your email client
Windows Outlook (Classic)
- File
- Options
- Mail > Signatures...
- New
- Enter a name for this signature
- Paste your signature in the box and click Save
- If needed, set your default signature
- Click OK
Windows Outlook
- File > Settings
- Accounts > Signatures
- Add signature
- Add a name, Paste your signature in the box, check the defaults if needed. Click Save.
Mac Outlook
- Menu bar > Outlook > Settings
- Signatures
- Click on the +, add a signature name, paste your signature into the box, Save
- Set defaults if needed
Web Outlook
- Open Outlook in the web browser ( https://outlook.office365.com/mail/ )
- Same instructions as Windows Outlook
