How to create a email signature for Outlook 365 (Outlook Web Access / OWA)
The following guide will show you how to upload your ASI signature to the Outlook 365 (Web).
The signature is linked to any sites and the process will need to be repeated for any signature changes.
1. Create or edit the Word doc with your new email signature
Edit the ASI Signature word file for the PC to include your updated name, title, room # and location as desired.
2. Open the Snipping Tool from your Windows start menu. (Search for Snipping)
3. Click on the New button to start the capture mode.
4. Select and area around your signature and release the mouse button
5. You should end up with the following snipping window:
6. Save the file as a JPG file on your desktop
7. Go to Outlook 365 (https://outlook.office365.com) and log into your email
8. Click on the shortcut (https://outlook.office.com/owa/?path=/options/mailsignatures)
-or- go to your Mail settings (located under the gear icon) then locate and click on the Email Signature section.
9. Click on the Email signature section, then select the Automatically include my signature on messages I send check box.
10. Click on the small picture frame icon (hovering over should say Insert pictures Inline)
11. Browse to the file location of the picture file you saved in step 6, select it and click Open.
Your picture should be uploaded and appear in the signature field.
