Split and combine PDFs using PDF4QT PageMaster
Quick reference:
- Open PDF4QT PageMaster
- File > Add Documents... -or- Drag and drop your pdf into the window
- select your document by clicking on it
- Edit > Ungroup or Ungroup icon on toolbar
- Make changes
- Quick reference on top of page for commonly used actions
- delete or add more PDFs/Images/Blank pages
as desired
- delete by pressing <delete key> or Edit > Delete Selection
- Deleting pages doesn't really delete them, just hides them and they won't be exported. To get them back: Edit > Restore Removed Items
- Start with a clean slate with File > Clear or
- Regroup selected pages by selecting and Edit > Regroup or
- Exporting the PDF (Make > ...)
Example:- United Document - Combines everything into one document (1 PDF from above example)
- Separate to Multiple Documents - Separate PDFs for each page (6 PDFs)
- Separate to Multiple Documents (Grouped) - Separate PDFs for each Group (3 PDFs)
