Online Accessibility tool
1. Go to Campus's PDF Accessibility Tool. Upload your file and wait for it to Process. This will check and attempt to automatically fix the issues it can.
2. View the report and Download the PDF. If you have more errors, you can try to fix them in Acrobat

In Acrobat
1. Open your PDF in Acrobat
2. Under `All tools` click on `Prepare for accessbility`. It may be under the `View more` section. You can drag and rearrange the tools into the order you like.
3. click on `Automatically tag PDF`. This will tag the non-form portions.
4. (if its a form) click on `Automatically tag form fields`. This will be available if your PDF has form fields
5. click on `Check for accessibility` and click on `Start Checking`
6. In the right sidebar it will show each category of items that need to be corrected and how many issues. Right clicking -> Fix on a specific issue will bring up a dialog on how to fix the issue in most cases.
7. After you've fixed all that you can, Save.
